Order Processing and Production

All of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partners with factories in Viet Nam and USA. Please allow the following timeframes:

Production time: 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed

Order confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase

Production updates: A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched

Please note that production times may be extended during high-demand periods such as holidays and promotional events.

Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete, your order will be handed off to the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard domestic shipping (United States): 7–10 business days

• International shipping: 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country

Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

For example, a standard domestic order may take approximately 3–5 business days for production plus 7–10 business days for shipping from the date of purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We ship through reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier used may vary based on your location and the product ordered. Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment partners to ensure reliable service and delivery speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the initial shipping notification.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at admin@kaceelove.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly indicated on the website.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:

• Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–20 business days

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs

• Delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control

• Some items may be subject to import restrictions depending on the destination country

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@kaceelove.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. In the case of a confirmed lost package, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

Kaceeton LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized products made to your specific specifications

• Items that have been used or altered after delivery

• Products returned after the 30-day return window

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to the address provided in our return authorization.

4. Include your order number inside the package for faster processing.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, such as a wrong item, print defect, or damaged product.

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the applicable shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@kaceelove.com.

Please include the following in your message:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the defect or issue

• A description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item

• Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the refund to your account

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, contact us at admin@kaceelove.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.

If the replacement item is a different price, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement again

• Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
